Use the online shopping cart to select your items. After you have selected the product(s) that you want, choose the ‘checkout’ option.

We currently use Paypal for our credit processing. No Paypal account is needed to pay for your order. Simply enter your credit card information and complete your checkout on Paypal’s secured portal. If you have a Paypal account, enter your account info and complete the checkout process on the Paypal site.

Volton Bicycles strives to fulfill our orders as soon as they arrive. We quality control and test all of our bicycles before we package them for shipment. Shipping normally takes about 1 day to assemble, test, pack and ship. We will process the order as quickly as we can and will contact you with estimated delivery.

We ship with Federal Express and USPS on domestic orders, included with your purchase (excludes HI and AK).

All international orders can be fulfilled on an individual basis. International shipping is not included with purchase.

Volton Bicycles works hard to develop and supply quality electric bicycles. Nevertheless, there are instances where the products need to be sent back whether for refunds, exchanges or warranty. Volton Bicycles will cover items that fail when used within normal, properly maintained operating fashion.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, alterations, modifications, misuse or neglect. All warranty claims are subject to terms and conditions. Please view or download our full Warranty PDF

Frame – 1 year

Neglected or improperly maintained components are not covered by the terms of the warranty

Components– 1 year

Excludes wear and tear on tubes, tires, brake pads, cables, chain, freewheel, grips and saddle

Hub Motors – 180 days

Water damage, overheated motors and failure due to axle spin-out are not covered by the terms of the warranty

Battery, Charger and Controller – 180 days

Water damage and batteries that have been left to self-discharge for an extended period of time are not covered by the terms of the warranty.


In the event you purchase a product or bicycle and want to return the product/s, you have 14 days from receiving the shipment. All returned items must be in original, unused condition and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returned items are required to be marked with a RMA number, prior to shipping. The buyer is responsible for the restocking fee and the shipping fees incurred.


If the wrong product was purchased and you need to exchange it for a different model, you have 14 days from receiving the merchandise to return the item in its original and unused condition. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs involved with the exchange. All exchanged items are required to be marked with an RMA number, prior to shipping.

Return shipping procedures

Email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All warranty claims require a detailed explanation of the faulty part and the circumstance when it failed.

The customer is responsible for shipping any failed device or bicycle to our facility. Volton Bicycles would cover shipping back to the customer.
In the instance of a faulty product failure upon receiving the product or bicycle, shipping both ways would be covered at the discretion of Volton Bicycles.

IMPORTANT – All returned product must be securely packed to protect the item during shipping. Volton Bicycles is not responsible for items damage caused during return shipping.
